Logan Congdon, Service Facilitator

Logan (he/him) specializes in strength-based care coordination for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.  He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.  Before joining RCC as a CCS Service Facilitator, Logan worked with unhoused and runaway youth as a Crisis Counselor.  He is passionate about suicide prevention, LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusivity, and meeting folks where they're at to help them discover their own unique strengths.
