Support Groups

RCC is always seeking to expand and improve the groups we offer based on community need, so be sure to occasionally check this page for updates!

If there are any groups you would like to recommend, please complete our contact form with your suggestion.

We strive to make groups a safe space for folks to discuss how they are doing, share coping strategies, and receive support from other group members.  While this is not a space to process trauma (which is done in one’s own individual sessions), you do not have to have an individual therapist to attend a group.

If you are interested in receiving individual support, please contact: info@thercc.org

See below for details and contact information on RCC’s support groups!

  • RCC has no current men’s support group offerings. If you are interested in a support group for male-identified survivors, please contact info@thercc.org!

With sufficient interest, we are happy to offer this group again in the future.
