Rape Crisis Center follows mandated reporting practices. This means that if we learn the identity of someone under 18 who has experienced abuse, neglect, or sexual assault, we will need to make sure that it has been reported to either law enforcement or child protection. This may also include consensual sexual contact with someone close to your own age.  If you are concerned about these reporting measures, you can call our helpline (608-251-7273) anonymously to find out more and get resources or support.

Our youth counseling services are available to Dane County youth ages 12-18.  An RCC counselor can meet with you at RCC’s main office OR at your school.  You can schedule an appointment by calling our helpline (608-251-7273).  Please ask your counselor if your school provides any additional services such as support groups.
